Nicaragua – Supervisory Skills Training

3 sessions of 8 Hrs each

Participants

25 people (Supervisors, middle managers and/or production managers, who have direct responsibilities in any fundamental stage of the production process)

Goals: That the participants acquire knowledge and effective tools to effectively and professionally exercise leadership in the workplace, managing to create a positive work environment, motivating workers in the fulfillment of goals, based on effective interpersonal relationships.

Methodology: Theoretical – Practical, the transmission of knowledge and experience of the exhibitors is achieved through the development of theoretical content already tested in training to supervisors and middle managers of textile manufacturing factories in various countries, and the combination of teaching videos and Practical exercises will allow to develop a dynamic learning process that the participants will be able to put into practice in the performance of their function.

Day 2: Building Interpersonal Relations

  • Review of the knowledge and tools acquired
  • Relationships
  • Effective Listening
  • Resolving Conflicts
  • Management Styles. Win-Win Negotiation
  • Rights and Responsibilities of Workers
  • Assignment of Jobs
  • Giving Work Instructions
  • Praise the staff
  • Correcting poor performance

Day 3: Managing Workers

  • Review of the knowledge and tools acquired
  • Managing the workers
  • Practical Session
