Project advisory committees

Better Work brings together national governments, unions and employers’ organizations to promote social dialogue. Each country programme establishes a tripartite Project Advisory Committee (PAC) composed of representatives from relevant ministries, employers and unions to guide programme direction and support ongoing operations and sustainability. This structure not only supports Better Work to be more effective but is a forum where all parties can work together to strengthen practices and policies that will improve working conditions and industry competitiveness.
