[vc_row][vc_column][vc_column_text]Supervisory Skills Training (SST-2 days) under the Work-Progression and Productivity Programme (WPT) is the short/customised version of the regular SST training for female operators (future supervisors) on skills needed to become a supervisor. The training provides knowledge and skills on supervision and how to effectively manage and support workers. Participants are trained to avoid passive and authoritarian styles of leadership and strike a fair balance between the interests of the company and the ones of the staff.
