Social dialogue (SD) improves company performance and can help avoid problems. Trade unions have a key position in the structured settings of SD. Good industrial relations (IR) is about good relationships between people at the workplace that helps to make both the working conditions and the company better. Workers have the right to establish and join organizations (unions) of their own choosing without previous authorization.
This bipartite training program will equip workers and employers at the workplace level with tools to successfully implement social dialogue and collective bargaining in their working environment.
