Better Work began in Cambodia over 20 years ago. Since then, we have expanded to 13 country programmes, with opportunities for further expansion - to new countries and new industries - on the horizon.

Meeting delegates at the International Labour Conference 2017

Geneva – Our team were out in force at the International Labour Conference at the United Nations in Geneva today, meeting delegates from all corners of the world, telling them about our work and talking about findings from our Progress and Potential report.

More than one hundred people also took part in our photo campaign, answering the question: What does Better Work mean to you?
