ការងារកាន់តែប្រសើរនៅកម្ពុជា
គម្រោងការងារកាន់តែប្រសើរដំណើរការនៅកម្ពុជា ជាគម្រោងរោងចក្រកាន់តែប្រសើរនៅកម្ពុជា (BFC)។
BFC បាន ចាប់ ផ្តើម នៅ ឆ្នាំ 2001 ជា កម្ម វិធី មូលដ្ឋាន នៃ ការងារ ល្អ ប្រសើរ ដែល ជា កម្ម វិធី រួម គ្នា រវាង អង្គ ការ ការងារ អន្តរ ជាតិ ( ILO ) និង សាជីវកម្ម ហិរញ្ញ វត្ថុ អន្តរ ជាតិ ( IFC ) ដែល ជា សមាជិក នៃ ក្រុម ធនាគារ ពិភព លោក ។ ក្រុមហ៊ុន BFC បាន មាន សារៈ សំខាន់ ក្នុង ការ ធ្វើ ឲ្យ ប្រសើរ ឡើង នូវ លក្ខខណ្ឌ ការងារ ក្នុង វិស័យ សម្លៀកបំពាក់ ខណៈ ដែល បង្កើន ភាព ប្រកួត ប្រជែង របស់ កម្ពុជា ជា ទិសដៅ ស្តុក ដ៏ ឆ្លាត វៃ មួយ។
ជាមួយ រោងចក្រ ដែល ចូលរួម ជាង ៦៦០ រោងចក្រ ដោយ មាន កម្មករ ជាង ៦៤៥.០០០ នាក់ ក្នុង នោះ មាន ស្ត្រី ប្រមាណ ជាង ៨០% BFC បាន ប្តេជ្ញា ចិត្ត ចំពោះ សមតុល្យ ភេទ និង ការ ផ្តល់ អំណាច នៅ កន្លែង ធ្វើ ការ និង មាន គោល បំណង កែ លម្អ ជីវភាព របស់ កម្មករ គ្រួសារ និង សហគមន៍ របស់ ពួកគេ ព្រម ទាំង ភាព ប្រកួត ប្រជែង នៃ សម្លៀកបំពាក់ កម្ពុជា ការ ធ្វើ ដំណើរ និង វិស័យ ថង់ និង រោងចក្រ ស្បែកជើង នៅ ក្នុង ទីផ្សារ ពិភព លោក។
BFC assesses factories’ compliance using a Compliance Assessment Tool (CAT) that is a aligned with international labour standards and national labour law. BFC’s Transparency Database enables stakeholders and the general public to access reliable information on the compliance performance of member enterprises in key areas. Through its voluntary advisory services, BFC staff help factories to set up bi-partite (worker-management) committees with equal management and worker representation that, with the support and coaching of a BFC Advisor, develops and implements a factory improvement plan. BFC also offers stakeholders at all levels (workers, management, government officials, human resource personnel, trade union representatives) customized training on transferable skills, leadership and workplace compliance.

Working under a Memorandum of Understanding (MoU) with the Royal Government of Cambodia, BFC is guided by a tripartite Project Advisory Committee (PAC) comprised of representatives from the Ministry of Commerce (MoC), the Ministry of Labour and Vocational Training (MoLVT) as well as representatives from different federations and confederations. Through its PAC, BFC holds regular consultations to ensure the relevance, effectiveness and sustainability of the programme’s interventions.
ក្នុងនាម ជា កីឡាករ សំខាន់ ក្នុង ការ ពិគ្រោះ យោបល់ គោលនយោបាយ BFC បាន ជួយ តម្រង់ ទំរង់ រដ្ឋាភិបាល រ៉ូយ៉ាល់ នៃ កម្ពុជា ថ្មី ៗ នេះ សម្លៀកបំពាក់ ស្បែកជើង និង យុទ្ធសាស្ត្រ អភិវឌ្ឍន៍ វិស័យ ទំនិញ ធ្វើ ដំណើរ ឆ្នាំ ២០២២-២០២៧ (GFT Sector Strategy) ។ យុទ្ធ សាស្ត្រ នេះ មាន ទស្សនៈ ក្នុង ការ ធ្វើ ឲ្យ ឧស្សាហកម្ម នេះ ប្រសើរ ឡើង ដល់ ឧស្សាហកម្ម មួយ ដែល មាន ភាព ស៊ាំ និង មាន ស្ថេរ ភាព បរិស្ថាន គាំទ្រ ដល់ ការ បែង ចែក សេដ្ឋ កិច្ច ជាមួយ នឹង ការ ផ្តោត លើ ផលិត ផល ដែល បាន បន្ថែម តម្លៃ ខ្ពស់ ។ យុទ្ធសាស្រ្តផ្នែក GFT ដាក់ចេញនូវ BFC ជាអ្នកប្រមូលផ្តុំ និងជាអ្នកប្រឹក្សាយោបល់ក្នុងការធានានូវនិរន្តរភាព និងសុខភាពរយៈពេលវែងរបស់វិស័យនេះ។
