Part of a three part series providing a road-map to better Industrial Relations, this first introductory module offers factory participants the chance to deepen their knowledge and obtain practical tools necessary to start transforming the IR culture and everyday practice in their factory.
At the end of the course, worker and management representatives should be better equipped to represent their respective constituencies effectively and work collaboratively with one-another to resolve both interest and rights-based
issues in the workplace.
Target Participants are trade union leaders, worker representatives, staff with negotiation duties, management representatives, and heads of department, factory managers.
