The results of the second annual Better Work Jordan (BWJ) factory survey from 2014 revealed general satisfaction with the core services delivered by BWJ and observable improvements in dialogue between workers and managers in most of the factories.
By seeking feedback through an anonymous online survey from factories participating in the programme, BWJ endeavors to ensure that it is meeting factories’ needs and continually improving its services.
