Productivity

This specially designed course will give managers and other factory personnel a clear overview of productivity in the garment sector context, how it is measured and what practical measures can be taken in the workplace to enhance it.

By taking this course, participants will be able to identify their own productivity challenges, and identify ways to develop workforce skills and workplace methods and organization to enable (greater) productivity gains.

Target Participants are productivity managers/staff, quality control managers/staff, maintenance staff, factory managers, PICC members (management and worker side).
