Retno joined Better Work Indonesia (BWI) in December 2010. Prior to her employment with BWI, Retno worked as a Commercial and Business Development Manager at PT. Merpati Training Center. Retno’s roles and responsibilities were to build business development strategies, conduct monitoring & evaluation, and support business negotiations. She was also a core team member of the Performance Management System. Additionally, she was actively engaged with her division standard procedure development and improvement in compliance with ISO 9000:2008. Retno received her bachelor degree in management from University of Padjajaran and holds a Master of Business Administration from the National Graduate School of Management at The Australian National University in 2006.
