Since its establishment, the programme has relied on robust monitoring and evaluation indicators and on academic partnerships to independently evaluate its impact on workers and enterprises. We have strong evidence that the programme works in driving higher compliance with international labour standards and national laws, in improving productivity, revenues and profitability, and in achieving economic and social development through decent garment sector jobs.

We also remain committed to systematically collecting robust data on all our thematic priorities, including gender-disaggregated data to foster gender equality, non-discrimination, and inclusion at the enterprise and policy levels.
