Rukshana Yasmin Arzoo joined BWB in 2018 with a demonstrated history of working over 15 years in the international non-profit organization focused in the readymade garments industry in Bangladesh. She has extensive experience on project development, management and implementation, capacity building of the partner organization and engagement of the respective stakeholder to promote and establish sound and peaceful industrial relations to encourage social dialogue in the RMG sector. She holds a Master in Social Science in International Relations from the University of Dhaka.]
