Hoang Thi Phuong Anh is an Enterprise Advisor. She comes to the program with more than 8 years experience working in compliance and corporate social responsibility (CSR) in the manufacturing industry. Phuong Anh has helped to develop and maintain CSR systems, monitor factory CSR performance in line with the Vietnam labour code and customers’ standards, as well as conduct internal assessments on Social Compliance, Occupational Safety and Health, C-TPAT and BP. She also has experience in developing and maintaining factory grievance systems. Phuong Anh has a B.A of Economy Geography from the University of Social Sciences and Humanities in Ho Chi Minh City.
