Zainab Yang has ten years’ experience within Jordan’s manufacturing industry. As a senior administrative employee in both Taiwan and Jordan, she has been involved in recruiting processes, delivering training, compiling documentation for staff, implementing regulation policies, and monitoring of payroll systems in the garment sector. Zainab has experience in the garment manufacturing process and its legal components, as she has also assisted Jordan’s garment factories in complying with national laws and the buyers’ code of conduct. Zainab holds a Bachelor of Arts in Psychology from the International Islamic University of Malaysia.
