Tran Thi My Linh is an Enterprise Advisor. She comes to Better Work after fifteen years working in the development sector. During her time with ActionAid International Vietnam and Habitat for Humanity Vietnam, she managed diverse projects which related to development issues in the Melkong Delta (rural area) and Ho Chi Minh City (urban areas). She managed programme design and planning, implementation, monitoring and evaluation activities related to education, livelihood, women rights themes and promoted the ownership for disadvantaged groups in these communities. More recently, she worked as a lecturer in Social Work faculty at the University of Social Sciences and Humanities in Ho Chi Minh City. Linh has a Master degree in Global Development at James Cook University, Australia under an Australia Awards Scholarship and B.A in Sociology from Ho Chi Minh Open University.
