Tareq Abu Qaoud oversees the effective implementation of projects at Better Work Jordan, including the delivery of core services and ensuring the engagement of stakeholders with the programme. He has worked at BWJ since the programme was established in 2008, developing its core services, building capacity, and collaborating with the Better Work global office by coaching programme teams in Nicaragua, Haiti, Lesotho, Bangladesh and Indonesia. He also played a pivotal role in developing and implementing the programme’s Quality Assurance System. Tareq has over ten-years’ experience in implementing corporate social responsibility policies for American and European buyers across the Middle East. Tareq is an industrial engineer and holds a master’s degree in Business Administration.
