Director, ES&G Sustainability Advice & Solutions (CEG)

Tania Kaddeche is the Director of the ES&G Sustainability Advice & Solutions (CEG) department at IFC, a member of the World Bank and the largest global development institution focused on the private sector in emerging markets. In her role, Tania leads IFC’s Center of Excellence for Sustainability, providing expertise to help private sector clients address complex ESG issues and identify value-added opportunities in their business operations. Prior to her current position, Tania served as the Regional Head of Industry for Manufacturing, Agribusiness & Services, Latin America & The Caribbean, and the Manager for Global Agribusiness. Tania holds a master’s degree in Economics from Ecole Nationale des Ponts et Chaussées, France, and a master’s degree in Science from Ecole Polytechnique, France.
