Swastiti Sinayangsih has more than ten years’ experience in capacity building. She started her career as a Management Trainee in a Japanese consumer goods multinational corporation where she had spent six years of her careers. Her last position was a Human Resources and Training Specialist. Afterward, she decided to change her career path to work in international development field. Since then, she has committed her career at different international non-governmental organizations in France, Germany, The Philippines and Ethiopia. Before joining Betterwork Indonesia in 2016, she was a Planning and Management Advisor of Regional Education Bureau of Benishangul Gumuz, Ethiopia. She holds a bachelor degree in Law and master degree in management as well as international cooperation in education and training from the University of Atma Jaya Jakarta, University of Indonesia and ESA University of Pierre Mendez, Grenoble France as well as University of Paris 5, Paris Descartes, France, respectively.
