Better Work began in Cambodia over 20 years ago. Since then, we have expanded to 13 country programmes, with opportunities for further expansion - to new countries and new industries - on the horizon.

Rini Nurulaini

Human Resources and General Affair Officer

Rini has more than 10 years’ experience in human resources (HR) field. She started her career at one of Australian Mine Contractors Company, Leighton Contractors Indonesia as HR Generalist. Following four year employment in private sectors, she decided to join with various International Development agencies. She took role as HR Coordinator then later on Senior HR Officer in projects donor by USAID, Decentralized Basic Education II by EDC, Oxfam GB, PRIORITAS by EDC and Indonesia Clean Energy Development by Tetra Tech Inc.

Starting January 2017, Rini has joined Better Work Indonesia. Her main responsibilities are to coordinate, monitor, and perform all activities in HR area (recruitment & selection, performance, payroll, benefits) and general affair area (procurement, general services). She holds Bachelor’s Degree of English Literature from University of Nasional and loves to shop and travel in her leisure time.
