Pham Le Thuan is an Enterprise Advisor. He comes to the program with more than 14 years’ experience in corporate social responsibility (CSR) in the apparel sector. In his previous roles with Chutex International and Hansoll Vina, Thuan helped to develop and maintain CSR systems and monitor factory CSR performance and its subcontractors against national law and buyer standards, as well as conduct internal assessments and training on Social Compliance, Occupational Safety and Health, C-TPAT and Brand Protection. He also has experience in developing and maintaining factory grievance systems. Thuan has a B.A of Linguistics and Literature from the University of Social Sciences and Humanities in Ho Chi Minh City.
