Patrice comes from a diverse professional background and holds an MBA from Nova Southeastern University in Florida and a Certificate in Paralegal Studies from New York University. Patrice is fluent in Spanish. Before joining us at Better Work, he was a project coordinator for a USDOL project on child labor, implemented by CRS Haiti in the north and northeast. Patrice has had the opportunity to work with government entities such as the Ministry of Tourism, the MOL, the Brigade for the Protection of Minors (IBERS), and other government institutions. As the team leader, Patrice will also work closely with the basic services team, but will mainly support BWH in the coordination and collaboration with tripartite stakeholders, especially for the development and implementation of the program. influence or the broader political agenda of the program.
