Fida holds a master’s degree in labour policies and globalization from Kassel University and Berlin School of Economics and Law in Germany. She had been a lawyer for most of her career. She is specialist in labour law. Aside from that, she is an expertise in applied policy research, policy advocacy, legal drafting, capacity building, workplace negotiation and mediation, government and parliamentary relations. Prior to Better Work Indonesia, Fida used to work with various civil society organizations as well as social and women’s movements such as MAMPU Program: Australia-Indonesia Partnership for Gender Equality and Women’s Empowerment.
