Nikita Grabher-Meyer is a Technical Officer for Research and Impact at Better Work in Geneva. In this capacity, Nikita supports the coordination and implementation of Better Work’s research and impact agenda in collaboration with academic partners and researchers. She is also responsible for promoting the integration of research findings into the operational and service-delivery work of the programme in coordination with Better Work Global and Country Programme teams. Before assuming her current role, Nikita worked as a Monitoring & Evaluation (M&E) Officer at the Better Cotton Initiative in Geneva. Earlier in her career, she served as a Research Intern and Consultant for the ILO’s Research Department. Currently pursuing a PhD in Behavioural and Experimental Economics at the University of East Anglia in Norwich, UK, Nikita holds an MSc in Social and Economic Sciences and a BSc in Business Administration from Bocconi University in Milano, Italy. Her research interests lie at the intersection of business ethics, behavioural economics, and development economics.
