Nguyen Le Van is an Enterprise Advisor. She comes to Better Work Vietnam following two years’ working in Human Resources with foreign-invested and local retail companies. Her roles included a focus on compensation and benefits, contracts, recruitment, and promoting labour relations. Van has a BA in Business from National Economics University (NEU), and an MSc in International Business Management from University of Kent, UK, both of which enabled her to develop advanced knowledge cross-cultural communication and business operations. She has a keen interest in Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR), having conducted research on global CSR concepts and local practices in Vietnam. Upon joining Better Work Vietnam, Van aims to bring her knowledge and experience to further develop and promote CSR across the Vietnamese garment industry.
