Nguyen Duc Thien

Nguyen Duc Thien is an Enterprise Advisor and Team Leader with Better Work Vietnam. He comes to Better Work with more than 12 years’ experience in the development sector. He was a senior advisor on social, economic, governance and business development for the Netherlands Development Organization (SNV), and also worked for World Vision International in Vietnam to manage rural micro-finance and enterprise development projects. Thien has extensive knowledge and experience in advisory and coaching; leadership and facilitation; industrial relations; public-private partnership; corporate social compliance; enterprise development; management; monitoring and evaluation. Mr. Thien has a Masters degree in Economic Development from Brandeis University, USA, under the US Government Fulbright Scholarship, and University degree from Hue University in Vietnam. Mr. Thien also holds Certificates on CEO, HRD and Production from PACE Institute of Management.
