Narmin Sayeed joined BWB in 2019 with a demonstrated research, development, voluntary and international agency related experience of 10 years. She has expertise working in large scale programme management serving as core management team as well as in project planning, development, implementation and monitoring, capacity building with special focus on skills development, private and market system development. She has expertise in gender and has experience working as a Gender Advisor of a DFID and SDC funded project. She has expertise in RMG and construction sectors as well as with trade unions, skills councils and other regulatory bodies. She obtained different national and international trainings related to her profession. Narmin holds a Master Degree in Social Policy and Planning from The London School of Economics and Political Science (LSE). She holds bachelor degree in Environmental Management and in Development Communications.
