Mustafa joined Better Work Egypt in 2021 as an Enterprise Advisor and Industrial Relations focal point. He worked with Better work Egypt pilot program from 2017 as an external collaborator responsible for assessments, training, and advisory activities. His new endeavour comes after twelve years of activities as a Compliance and HR Manager in international garment companies in Egypt, the UAE and Ethiopia. His has also been working as a Social Auditor with several NGOs and third party auditing companies in the country’s manufacturing sector across the MENA region over the years, spanning the textile, packaging, food industries and agricultural sector. He holds a Bachelor’s degree in Tourism and Hotels management from Suez Canal University.
