He has 19 years’ experience in Human Resource Management, training facilitation & administration and social compliance in the private sector and international agencies. Munim holds diploma in Human Resource Management, Leadership and Management Development; and certification and training in Competency Based Training and Assessment, Master Training on ‘Training of Trainers’, Leadership Development Programme, Interest Based Negotiation and Conflict Resolution, Bangladesh Labour Act and International Labour Standards.
