Masrur is a specialist in the work of capacity development, education quality improvement, management and governance, decentralization of education, and monitoring and evaluation activities. Issues on child protection, gender and social inclusion are among of the subjects in his portfolio.
His 10 years’ experience involved a consultation work with international donor-funded projects in Australian Aid/DFAT and USAID while another 5 years spent as advisor for Ministry of Education and Culture (MoEC), Ministry of Religious Affairs (MoRA), and Ministry of Home Affairs (MoHA). He has joined Better Work Indonesia since 2017 as Enterprise Advisor for Central Java and Jogjakarta area.
Masrur holds Bachelor Degree of Islamic Theology from Islamic State University of Sunan Kalijaga and has interest in literature, social activities and human development.
