Prior to joining Better Work Global as Operation Officer, Marie-Lyne worked as an Enterprise Advisor and Team Leader for the Better Work Haiti team. She holds a bachelor’s degree in Human Resources Management and a master’s degree in Project Management.
Marie-Lyne is a collaborative teammate and contributes to the programme’s objectives through her experience in human resources, as well as a certified trainer in different sectors. In her current role, she supports the global operations team and the country programmes with the development of the factory service model t and quality management.
