Manik Mia has joined Better Work Bangladesh in July 2021 with more than 10 years extensive experience in development sectors, especially in capacity building areas. He has expertise on project management, design and delivery trainings, training quality assurance, developing training modules and resources, partnership management, social mobilization, data management and monitoring & impact assessment. Prior joined in BWB he has worked with ActionAid Bangladesh, Democracy watch and ASPBAE. Other than professional job, he has long track record on volunteerism where he worked with Bangladesh Scouts, The Hunger Project, and British Council. He holds Graduation and post-graduation degree in English Literature from the National University.
