Louis Edher joined Better Work Haiti in September 2011 as an Enterprise advisor. As a former trainer at the Haiti Apparel Center (HAC), with an associate degree in industrial engineering and quality control, Louis gained extensive experience in training of workers in the apparel sector before joining the programme. In 2013, he was appointed Training Officer. He now supports factories with the different training services offered by Better Work.
Better Work strongly believes that investing in the different actors inside the factories can contribute to the enterprise productivity and working environment.
