Le Thi Thanh Tam is an Enterprise Advisor with Better Work Viet Nam. Before joining Better Work, she worked for twenty years working in the private sector as well as the United Nations.
Tam worked as the Administrative and Human Resource Manager for garment and printing factories in Tay Ninh and Long An provinces. She also worked with the United Nations Children’s Fund (UNICEF) in both Ha Noi and Ho Chi Minh City in various positions such as Secretary, Executive Assistant, Private Sector Fundraising Assistant and Partnerships Officer. She also worked for companies in fields of trading, chemical-goods production, construction, property management at her first years of career.
Tam holds MBA degree from University of Gloucestershire, United Kingdom; a Bachelor degree of Economics (Foreign Trade) from the University of Economics, and Bachelor degree of Foreign Language (English) from the Open University of Ho Chi Minh City.
