Md Samsul Huda is the Better Work Communications Officer based in the ILO Regional Office in Bangkok. Huda supports the implementation of the Better Work Communications Strategy and content plan, with a particular focus on Asia. He co-manages the Better Work website and social media channels and provides strategic communication support tailored to Country Programmes’ needs. Huda also supports the production of communication products, contributes to knowledge sharing and provides support to Country Programmes on branding issues.
Before joining Better Work, Huda spent more than nine years working in journalism, public relations, and strategic communications for several news outlets and development organisations. He studied Mass Communication and Journalism at the University of Dhaka in Bangladesh.
