Dwi has been with Better Work Indonesia as an Enterprise Advisor since 2014. Passionate about Social Compliance and improving working conditions in manufacturing industries, Dwi started to work in the garment sector in 2005 as a Compliance Officer. In 2008, she joined a garment manufacturing agent as a Compliance Coordinator, where she was responsible for monitoring improvements in working conditions in subcontractor factories and compliance with local law and buyer requirements. In 2012, she was promoted to the position of Compliance Manager.
