Duangta is the QA and Analytics Officer at the Better Work Global Programme based in the ILO Regional Office in Bangkok. In her role, she provides QA/QC and analytics work to ensure high standards for Better Work data and evidence. She brings with her more than 10 years of experience in research and analytics, working with a leading non-profit social marketing organizations, marketing research companies and the United Nations.
She has been responsible for conducting qualitative and quantitative research, bringing research into implementation, and providing research and analytics technical assistance to project partners. Her monitoring and evaluation studies have been presented in many international conferences and her articles have been published in well-respected academic journals. She holds a Ph.D. in Public Health Sciences from Chulalongkorn University and a Master of Science in Technology Management from Thammasat University.
