Doan Hai Chau is an Enterprise Advisor with Better Work Vietnam. She comes to the program after working as the Monitoring and Evaluation Coordinator for an USAID funded project on agricultural value chain and livelihood development. In this role, she was responsible for multiple monitoring tasks to ensure project to achieve its objectives and improve project effectiveness in align with schedule. Before that, Chau has more than 6 years working for development projects by NGO and International Organizations as well in private sector as banking officer. Ms Chau hold a Master Degree in Development Evaluation and Management from the University of Antwerp, Belgium and a Bachelors Degree in Business Management from the National Economics University, Hanoi.
