Ama has over 20 years of extensive unique combined experience in private sectors and development works. She began her career in marketing department with handicraft trading companies with the US and European big retailers such as Pier 1 Imports, Marks and Spencer, Zara Home and many others. In 2006, she shifted her career into development works with various International NGOs in humanitarian and disaster risk reductions, as well as United Nations bodies (FAO) as National Technical Expert – Business Development. Aside from that, she has done consultancy work in capacity building for emergency response preparedness, project management and other development subjects.
Ama is a graduate from the University of Gadjah Mada, bachelor degree holder, majoring in International Relations.
