Al Mamun Chowdhury joined BWB in 2015 following a decade long career in Human Resource Development. Prior to BWB Chowdhury worked with several Bangladeshi high-profile corporate houses occupying senior level positions. Chowdhury’s expertise includes employee development, organization and job branding, training, among others. Chowdhury has benefitted from training from both local and international institutions over the years. He holds a Master of Business Administration in human resource management.
