Abed Aljwad Alnatsha, joined BWJ in 2017 following a seven-year career as labour inspector with the Jordanian Ministry of Labour. Abed Aljwad’s expertise focuses on the enforcement of the labour law, spanning labour conditions, occupational safety and health, prevention of child labour and labour relations. Abed Aljwad is part of a one-year staff exchange programme which aims to train MoL inspectors in delivering BW core services. Abed Aljwad is a member of Jordan’s standing Human Rights committee, which comprises members from several ministries and institutions responsible for promoting Human Rights and following up on international reports about Jordan. He holds a Bachelor’s degree in Law from Jordan’s Jerash University and Master’s degree in Law from the University of Jordan.
