Cynthia Raymond has been an enterprise advisor at BWH since September 2016. She has a background in social law and HR development projects. She has held various positions in HR departments of private companies, and has also collaborated with NGO’s as a social project officer in employment and professional training of most vulnerable target groups. She holds a master’s degree in economic and social management and a master’s degree in social development. Cynthia is sensitive to the social and economic empowerment of women in the garment industry.
