Nguyen Lan Huong is an Enterprise Advisor based in Better Work’s Hanoi office. An experienced CSR consultant and social compliance auditor, Huong spent 4 years working in and with enterprises in the garment, footwear, furniture, ceramic and seafood sectors. Before that, Huong worked as a HR consultant in a recruitment agency for leading real estate and IT firms in Vietnam. Huong worked on assessment, capacity building initiatives with a leading audit firm in Vietnam, as well as on CSR research initiatives during her academic studies. She holds a Master of Arts in Social Enterprise from the American University, the U.S. and a Bachelor Degree in International Relation from the Diplomatic Academy of Vietnam, Hanoi.
