The regulation stipulates approval of postponement for factories in Banten Province, specifically in Tangerang City and Tangerang District, to apply the Provincial Governor of Banten Regulation No. 561/Kep.2-Huk/2012, with the postponement backdated to January 2012.
The attachment of the regulation presents the following:
- One factory receives approval to use the Provincial Governor of Banten Regulation No. 561/Kep.783-Huk/2010 about amendment on the Provincial Governor of Banten Regulation No. 561/kep.679-Huk/2010 for the 2011 Tangerang City Minimum Wage.
- One factory receives approval to use the Provincial Governor of Banten Regulation No. No 561/kep.784-Huk/2010 about amendment on the Provincial Governor of Banten Regulation No. 561/Kep.680-Huk/2010 for the 2011 South Tangerang City Minimum Wage.
- Eleven factories receive approval to use the Provincial Governor of Banten Regulation No. 561/Kep.886-Huk/2011.
- Twenty-two factories receive approval to use the Provincial Governor of Banten Regulation No. 561/Kep.1-Huk/2012.
The length of the approval varies from two months to 12 months.
