Sayyora joined the ILO Better Work Uzbekistan in 2023, providing administrative support to the team in various areas, including training, meeting and event arrangements, company registration, invoicing, and more. She holds a bachelor’s degree in Labour Economy and a master’s degree in Demography from Tashkent State Economy University. Sayyora joined the ILO in 2015 and, for seven years, worked on the ILO Third Party Monitoring project focused on eliminating forced and child labour in the cotton sector in Uzbekistan.
