Training of Trainers (ToT) course provides methods and tools to enable factories to deliver training programs at a consistently high quality. Participants will be able to get knowledge and skills on adult learning principles, learning & retention, design and delivery session, preparing training materials etc. Participants will also get the opportunity to practice their learning during the session and get feedback along the way.
