Zainab joined Better Work Pakistan as an Enterprise Advisor in January 2022, where she leverages her extensive experience in monitoring and evaluation. With a substantial background in the development sector, Zainab has accumulated over a decade of experience working with a variety of organisations, including the Bill and Melinda Gates Foundation, USAID, UNICEF, and others. She holds a bachelor’s degree in Social Sciences and is currently pursuing a master’s in Public Health. Zainab began her career driven by a deep-seated ambition to secure universal rights. Her efforts encompass advocating for the education of out-of-school children, ensuring health rights for women during maternity and neonatal periods, and recently, she has delved into labour rights advocacy.
