Mirazim Mirsaidov joined Better Work Uzbekistan in 2024, contributing to its mission following the programme’s launch in Uzbekistan in 2023. Prior to this, he supported efforts in fostering the growth of local enterprises and enhancing their international visibility during his tenure at the Chamber of Commerce and Industry of Uzbekistan. His responsibilities included building relationships with local businesses, advocating for their growth, and attracting foreign companies to invest in Uzbekistan. His commitment to supporting business extended to his work at the Center for Intellectual Property under the Ministry of Justice of Uzbekistan, where he assisted companies in registering their brands and ensuring compliance with international standards for over two years. Mirazim holds a master’s degree in International Trade and Economic Cooperation from Kyung Hee University, Republic of Korea, where he gained a solid foundation in the intricacies of global commerce and regulatory frameworks.
