This course aims to support factory managers to understand more about their roles and responsibilities and how to strengthen their influence and impact through better leadership.
The course will help install greater confidence and professionalism in middle managers through practical instruction and guidance in important areas such as management styles and techniques, effective managerial communication, coaching skills, managing conflict, listening, and providing feedback.
