Training on Problem Solving

Target participant: Production Managers, HR and Compliance Officers

About the Training: This training aim is to strengthen the management systems at the factory level so that the worker/management committee can integrate change by taking a systematic approach to solving problems effectively by using tools such as risk matrix, Cause and Effect Analysis, Why analysis, bow tie, pareto charts etc.
