Preventing Sexual Harassment in the Workplace

With some one in five women experiencing some form of sexual harassment in their daily life , there is a critical need for greater awareness and education to help eliminate it, especially in female-dominated industries like garment manufacturing.

This newly introduced course will promote greater factory awareness of sexual harassment in all its forms, understand why it occurs and how it can threaten the working environment and business outcomes, and help factories develop practical strategies to address and prevent it in their workplaces.

Target Participants are human resource managers/staff, compliance officers, production managers.
